What was the highlight of Sunway Playa Golf & Spa Sitges
Beautiful ocean views with a great indoor pool and yummy breakfast buffet.
The breakfast buffet was awesome. And the fact that our children ate for free was even more awesome. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The views of the ocean from our balcony were so beautiful.
The pullout sofa bed was horrible. Those need to be replaced. And the fact that the "bedroom" had a divider that wasn't even complete, left us feeling like we were all in one big room vs having some privacy for those sleeping in the bed. The actual bed was comfortable but for a family of 4, we did not sleep well. Second, the fact that there were free rental bikes with child seats, was so exciting to us. But then we found out that when you rent them, you get them for your whole stay even if you aren't using them which prevents others from being able to use them. It was disappointing as we never got to use the bikes and that changed our whole trip when we could have rode into the city to explore. The hotel should rent out the bikes per the day or hours vs the entire trip because no one is going to use their bike 24/7.

Everything was great,clean and perfect. Except for the receptionist on one occasion and how quiet it
The hotel and it's staff and surroundings were great. Everything we expected. However the location is extremely quiet during March and we would have liked to have been warned about this is. Also the weather was freezing and rainy. Obviously not the fault of the hotel but it would have been nice to have known the situation before hand
The receptionist was a little rude to my partner on one occasion.

What was the highlight of Sunway Playa Golf & Spa Sitges
Wonderful
Location and facilities were perfect for our trip. Our apartment room was spacious and was cleaned every day.
Not all of the restaurants onsite were open. Restaurant that was open only served food at specific times. Appreciate the country's cultural differences, but with guests arriving who may have travelled hours with children, it would be nice to accommodate foods outside of cultural norms, especially at it is specifically for tourists. Having said, I would recommend and return again.
